Not sure if you look for somebody who turned from 150k to 300k a year. All of mine are in equity investing. I have a friend who turned 30k to 1m in 2006 between march and nov trading futures.. dec is a loss of about 150k, jan/2007 is about profit of 85k. You can contact me via email or private message.
He hasn't been able to sustain that 0.80%/day performance, with a total gain of a little greater than 2% over the last six months: 8/06: -1.7% 9/06: -1.96% 10/06: +4.22% 11/06: -0.63% 12/06: +3% 1/07: -0.65%
he looks more like a trend follower rather than scalper. you don't need to day trade trend. just trade a few times a year is enough
