I am looking for pivot points in trends, formed during pullbacks, and prices that were a pause in an advance or decline previously. Usually a price can be found that on a few occassions was a s/r number or both at points in time and is a good spot to add or reverse. They are usually points where price stopped and retraced before advancing again..ie same as pivots really. As a side note you may take my trading here as a rarity based on my trading today. I am full of ugly today, and I did the worst thing possible I walked away frustrated instead of sticking to it, and missed the money moves I was looking for. I think I have it back together and am going to go back to it.
Anyway I also look for trend from a larger time frame than I am trading and keep that in mind also.
Thats a real brief idea anyway.
