1:08PM, May 19/08, NDX Multiday Market Call! Sell anylong, and Go Short

Discussion in 'Trading' started by riskfreetrading, May 19, 2008.

  1. As promised, launching took place, and was successful.

Some bears stood on top of space shuttle, but attorney general oked the launch because warning and some time was given.

    Station in orbit.

    Bulls in heaven.

Bears are hurting (and may be in hell). Now they are praying to their gods for the shuffle to go back to earth.

RFT heading back to his financial traders blog to meet his happy readers fat with cash.

    :p

  2. What do you guys think of the bottom of Friday?

Now that we have hindsight to the call made here, do you think the bottom is in or not?

PS: Those reading RFT blog, profits taking for today was completed with NDX at 1134 today Nov, 24, 2008. That is more than 100 NDX points (more precisely 110 ndx points from the time of the last call of Friday.

  3. I guess you think you are fooling us all?

Your random calls - some of which may be profitable, do not account for the many times you have been caught on the wrong side.

Trading is not a game like you take it with your blog and all. You have to add all the winners and losers and provide a running total (try collective2.com) in order to even begin to have credibility.

Take this Bear Market. Calling market bottoms like you do is a waste of time and an act of pride. Where is your pride when admitting you have been wrong many, many times?

Anyways, you will probably reply with a flame which is to be expected - but many are and have been for some time slicing off large chunks of this delicious cake each and every time we get a sudden Bear Market rally - fading the jump SHORT.

But this is the exact time you chime in with "see I told you so" caling the exact bottom profiting with a 100 point move. Even a broke clock is right twice a day.

Many are now placing their short positions to CONSISTENTLY PROFIT - not beat themselves on their chest to say look at me and how good I am.

An overall profit from ALL your calls will still separate the men from the boys.

    pay$

  4. In one way risky is right. There is NO risk in what he does since everything he posts is after the fact and he only touts his winners and does not rehash all the losers.

Pretty funny how when he was a bear yet the market was still making highs he would take quick profits for 5 ot 10 points on the odd down doay. Then the market falls apart and he runs away only to return and claim he rode the market all the way down.

He is as legit as a 3 dollar bill with Bill Clintons face on it. On the other hand his childish behavior and his desperate attempts for attention from total strangers always makes me laugh.

  5. LOL! You guys are funny.

In addition to this thread, and the thread I started on Thursday, you should also check "Shorting McDonald " in stocks section.

MCD was nailed right at the top ($67 on the day of the top despite almost the whole forum saying that I am idiot to short a stock with all moving averages pointing up, in a bull leg in market, bla, bla, bla...

Well the top was $67, and is not broken to this day!

Guys: you really need to start with the assumption that you can do better. Otherwise you will never improve

Seriously, if you find it hard, just do an analysis, and trade the OPPOSITE of your conclusion. Believe me, just do it, and you will see that over time you will realize what is wrong with the way you view markets.

  6. There are top notch traders here on ET. They read the blog in real-time. They know that RFT tells the truth.

Do not assume there are no honest people in this world. You could have just stayed one day on the blog and found out that I tell just the truth.

The market is for minds who believe in truth, and know that only facts and truth prevail. In real world people play politics/etc to get their way. They cannot do it in the market, but they approach it (probably without realizing it) the same way they approach interactions with people.

Markets do not know me, and do not know you. So arguing has no place in markets.

PS: I receive many wonderfull emails who like what I do, and are impressed. So it does not bother me that some people think bad of me despite the facts,

  8. Hey Bagholder:

Check the Nov. 21, 2008 bottom call. It is on this thread, done in real-time. Pull a chart and see what happened.

There has been a dozens of times like this, and on each you had only a tiny microscopic chance not to miss getting me, and you did not miss each and everyone of them!

You understand now why it is legitimate that I called you a bagholder, and that calling you a bagholder is actually being too nice to you.

Run the numbers you bagholder, and you will realize that there is something wrong with you, in not respect probs and hard numbers. How come I am always right, and you are always wrong, when I have only a minuscule chance to be right on each call, not to mention dozens of calls?

You see the call of Friday 21, 2008 was an exact bottom! I hanged you in there like I hanged you before in the company of the dean of bagholders at the top when NDX was at 2055! It is on this thread as well. Everyone, read what the bagholder wrote.

Bagholder: repeat "long live RFT!"--- you see I win you lose-- all the time, each and everyone time! So long bagholder!
