If someone comes to me with a 1MM account and we get it up to +$10,000 can they withdraw it?

You really think someone is going to come to you with a million because you trade a demo account ?

Demo is meaningless. You are better of trading a $1K account with real funds then a 1MM demo account if you want to show of your skills, that way at least there is something real on the line.
