I am guessing those are exempt from Withholding Tax as they do not pay a coupon?

And are they available on IBKR?

  2. Yes, zero-coupon bonds are typically exempt from withholding tax on interest since they don’t pay periodic coupons; instead, they are sold at a discount and mature at face value. As for availability on IBKR, it depends on the specific bond and market access. You can check directly on the IBKR platform or contact their support for confirmation.
