Any good alternative to CNBC.com for keeping the pulse on the market? Its infotainment and personal finance crap are starting to get on my nerves.
Forex Factory is pretty good. Low key and lean. News links and data. No video. It also has a good economic press release/news calendar that's customizable. Create free log in and deploy ad blocker. https://www.forexfactory.com/ And there's always Twitter.
This site is worth checking out, and it has a good economic calendar among other things. https://www.investing.com/
I'm a cheap bastard so I just use Yahoo Finance. Just about every news site has given Yahoo permission to re-publish their articles so when you click on the story it takes you to their website,Benzinga,Reuters,Zacks,Barrons,Motley Fool,Bloomberg,WSJ,etc.
Seeking Alpha is good at individual stock news & articles. Less politics than CNBC. Create a watchlist so all news & articles related to those stocks are listed daily. The new layout is an improvement also. https://seekingalpha.com/ This guy has a decent macro report every friday/saturday. https://seekingalpha.com/author/fear-greed-trader
