Introduction: This is a three-parts serious, one-part satirical attempt to capture and summarize the essence and typical behaviour of your average Qultist to provide a generalized, blunt and easy to understand guide where they're coming from, what to expect, and where they're going. If you want to add your own experience, expand, dispute or request a new point, feel free to do so in the comments below. Basics: The Qniverse is a conspiracy-centered self-radicalizing internet bubble of very impressionable people hooked on fear porn, who have lost themselves in a labyrinth of paranoid delusions and degenerated into full-blown cult worshipping. They follow a variety of anonymous false prophets known as Q, and frequently deify a narcissistic sociopath and delusional megalomaniac known as 45. Factual opinion leaders include a broad assortment of grifters, propagandists and lunatics on social media and other dedicated disinformation dumps, posing as truth seekers, journalists, military and faith leaders or experts, with mostly dubious qualifications at best. How to recognize a Qanus, and what to expect: They're superstitious. Some more of less radical church or cult has pre-conditioned them to believe in whatever makes them feel better, long prior to the Qult’s arrival. Don't expect them to respond well to facts or reason, let alone criticism. They're likely to damn you to Hell for it. They're frightened. Fear dominates every aspect of their lives, they regularly watch fear porn on the internet and are afraid of 1000 invisible threats around them. They will constantly try to convince you how real their paranoid parallel universe actually is, so you can be frightened together. They're angry. Their fear gives them a constantly activated fight/flight reflex, which is very exhausting for them, but even more for everyone else, because it also gives them a tendency towards various kinds of hostility and abuse. You'd be well-advised to watch out for the typical red flags. They're self-righteous. They don't want to learn or have a mutually friendly discussion, but to lecture, control, indoctrinate and dominate you. After all, they already know the truth, and you’re the brainwashed sheeple. Their self-reflection is closing in on zero, but from below. They're ignorant, smug and condescending. Forget about your boundaries, they don't exist. They're on a holy mission to convert you to the one true faith they represent, and unless you join the flock, you're a sub-human only worth of contempt, and surely going to Hell for not accepting their sacrament. Due to weapons-grade ignorance, they're nearly impervious to reason and debate. They're confused. They pretend to know exactly what they're doing or what's going on in the world, but they really don't have the slightest clue what they're even talking about most of the time. They frequently speak in memorized buzzwords, empty talking points or repetitive phrases picked up on their favourite propaganda source/s, which don't require an active thought process. They're immature and irresponsible. They are often fathers or mothers, grandparents even, in positions of power and esteem, but seem to act increasingly from the emotional perspective of a spoiled and selfish child. They know zero boundaries, barely care about the consequences of their own actions, make everything about themselves, are prone to kneejerk reactions, and engage in childish defense mechanisms. They vote and own guns, but can act more infantile and volatile than a tantrum-throwing teenager. They're hateful, but their hate is actually a good thing. They would just love to violently get rid of all these terrible things and THE OTHERS that concern them, so they'll finally get a rest and achieve peace of mind. They fantasize about firing squads and public hangings, but it's all whitewashed because well-deserved and necessary for the common good, in the name of freedom, Jesus and stuff. They're not very bright or well-educated. Even if they were at some point, they aren't anymore due to letting the typical mixture of superstition, paranoia, self-righteousness and holy hatred associated with the Qult get the better of them. They probably have a history of mental illness, which makes them vulnerable to all of the above. They started out as a victim of brainwashing, propaganda and deliberate disinformation, but at some point, they have actively chosen to radicalise themselves, and at another point, they will almost inevitably become the perpetrator. That's what they're being groomed for. They aren't the person you used to know and love anymore. Their character, attitudes and personality have changed, probably drastically, and severely deteriorated since becoming a Qanus, and they're getting progressively worse. They're barely able to talk about anything else, because it's all-important to them now, and most of their lives revolve around it, including their self-esteem. They have found a new purpose in the cult. They're filling some kind of void or emptiness with it, and, probably for the first time in their lives, it makes them feel really smart, superior and in possession of a secret insider knowledge, only accessible for the particularly enlightened internet elite they're now a part of. Don’t ever expect them to give up that intoxicating feeling voluntarily. They're programmed and in denial. Whatever claim they made, or whatever belief they held just yesterday suddenly isn't true anymore once the propaganda changes direction, or when the latest prophecy didn't come true again. They'll just claim they never claimed it, or claimed something entirely different, get the briefing with their new and revised talking points from their favourite propaganda source/s, and be done with it. For a true believer, it doesn't matter in the slightest how inane and contradictory it gets. For example, that's how the vaccine is dangerous, but Trump deserves credit for it nonetheless, and both can be true at the same time. They think they're saviours, but they aren't. Every oh-so-noble cause they pretend to pursue ultimately just serves as a tool to give them permission to act on their worst impulses, to achieve dominance and avenge themselves in a violent cathartic relief of their constant fear. If you express opposition to the Qult, you will be ridiculed, vilified and demonized as either a tool or a part of the satanic forces they're fighting. Expect contempt, coercion, wrath, punishment, and probably vigilantism. They're themselves what they're most afraid of. Due to nearly constant projection, what they see around them is predominantly their own shadow, in a jungian sense. They're the real "Deep State", the conspiracy against freedom, the domestic terrorist and the active shooter from next door, the cabal of satanists and idolators following a false prophet and orange-tinted golden calf, the fascist boot in everyone else's neck, the "crazy radical extremist" party, etc. etc. In the Qniverse, it's opposite day every day, and every accusation they make towards you is likely a reversed confession. They're not your friends or family. All the family and friends they need now is the Qult, and over time, you will become less and less important to them, no matter how closely related, unless you join the flock, in which case, you're suddenly friends and family again. Needless to say, this is not exactly recommended. They're disturbed. Under normal circumstances, most would qualify for an immediate psych evaluation due to various shades of mental illness; paranoia, mania, hysteria, psychosis, narcissism, sociopathy and what-not. As their delusions progress, they're increasingly becoming a danger to themselves, and others around them. Keep them away from minors, unless you want to hear their favourite fear porn regurgitated by your six year old, because they will try to indoctrinate them. Conclusion: They're best avoided. No sane person can live with a constantly enraged and frightened fanatic, who doesn't acknowledge basic reality anymore, but lives in a paranoid fever dream, who becomes increasingly irritated by the most laughable and outlandish fear porn they eagerly gobble up on the internet, who thinks they're a good guy, but are actually turning into a deeply deranged and barely closeted fascist, ready to explode at any given time. In other words, either stay the Hell away, run as fast as you can, or you'll be left with no other choice but to engage in the battle for sanity they're forcing upon you. The best way to "win" a pathological game like this is to not play along at all. Exit Options: Forget about „curing“ or „saving“ them against what is supposed to be their own free will. Every attempt at de-programming requires a) them being open to voluntarily question and fact-check their own beliefs (which already doesn't work with your average and rather harmless "faithful" person), and b) a kind of mutual respect they frequently just don't have anymore, because they feel miles above and ahead of you. In other words, they're a junkie high on their own delusions of grandeur, and the Qult provides them with a steady stream of approval. Your best shot at containment is to cut them off from all propaganda sources and social media entirely to get them into some form of proper treatment, but good luck getting them to acknowledge they‘re the ones with the real problem, not you. The only real way out of the Qult for them is, ironically, if they would start thinking for themselves, notice themselves that they were being duped, misled and radicalised, or even worse, have misled and radicalised themselves. They would need to become suspicious enough to want to see all the gaping holes, glaring absurdities and ridiculous inconsistencies to come to the conclusion that maybe, only maybe, they were wrong the entire time, that they've based their whole life on a bunch of pulpy propaganda lies, and they would need to admit it, not only to the bathroom mirror, but to your face. Instead of their former arrogant and self-aggrandizing saviour attitude, they would need to develop some real humility. Now ask yourself, how much of a possibility is there for your personal Qanus to ever get to that point?
