We all heard the news of XRP being investigated by the SEC. Most if not all , major platforms halted their trading. So why is it moving up?
I searched for news to help explain this but couldnt find any.

Hoping someone here with a much better understanding of all this could explain. Thank you

I see it trading. It doubled in price. Jumped over 100% since trading around .25 or so.

lawyers slapped back at SEC and non-US based exchanges are still trading it. Plus rampant telegram pump and dumps. Plus actual decent asset to hold from a corporate point of view.

yes very good from corporate point of view.
So I want to get in on this but waiting for the price to come down abit before.
Thats why since most major brokers are not trading this I was abit worried.

Why would you be curious about a crypto that is being investigated? Just throw your money in the trash it's easier

Because the fundamentals on the company is amazing. And Ripple isnt being investigated for terrible reasons, for example it being a ponzi scheme or anything.

so you wouldn't BTFD if 'bitcoin' was suddenly a legal target that plunged its price?

Yes because it is a decentralized token. Unlike xrp thats centralized and the founders who think the government is going to all of the sudden grant them the power over the money system. In other words, I don't believe in it.

Its ok. I understand everyone grief and worries. But, after the SEC complaint, it seems alot like a misunderstanding rather than an actual criminal act. Anyways I do hope it starts trading again on all major platforms.
