Wouldn't it be ironic if due to Trump/Covid, the Reps never win an important election again?

    (By never, I mean until I die. :) )

You know, politicizing a simple science issue, morons digging in and rather dying than changing their minds. Now the electorate who most likely votes Republican is slowly but nicely* dying (social Darwinism at its best), and future elections will be decided who lives and who dies.

Ironic, should we say, since this was done by the orange one.

And before you even try to debate me on this one, the Republican leadership agrees with me, thus the sudden change in tone about vaccination among them.

*Who am I to tell you not to run with scissors, wear a helmet when motorcycling or get vaccinated?

Before you wet your pants due to your sick fantasy of complete US destruction, more and more Americans are realizing they do not want the Usurper-in-charge, Joe Biden and his policies? Elections have consequences for the idiots, including ET trolls. If you are an ET troll who actually, lives in the US, Joe Biden and his policies will affect you and your family. That is unless, you are too dumb to even figure it out. Maybe, it is the Democrats who get thrown out of office in the coming midterm elections of 2022. Too many pissed off people now.

It is interesting in the UK, it is the left who are finished, few here are buying the shit they promise.

Only one Labour leader has won a general election in the last 45 years. That was Tony Blair.

They stand no chance of winning in the next general election in 2023, they are too far behind. And the current leader is weak. He even took the knee to BLM, wtf has BLM got do with UK politics

So it will be 2028 before they stand any chance. Assuming they can find a good leader people actually have confidence in. Not some left wing loony with no backbone. 2028 is a long time from now.

The English do not like socialists.

  5. Labour Party has the same problem the Dems do in the U.S- ie. both used to represent the blue collar working class- now they represent a bunch of woke-oriented globalists who hate working class people. They still get some support because the unions are powerful and they are pro-union because unions are pro-lefty. But members of the union know that the lefty leaders actually despise working class blue collar people. That is a problem they have to work out on the playground.

Meanwhile, looks like more of their "leaders" will be having more time to be out on the aforementioned playground. So sad.

Britain's opposition Labour Party considers cutting staff to save costs - source

July 19 (Reuters) - Britain's opposition Labour Party is discussing cutting its staff in a bid to save costs, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters on Monday.

The party's ruling national executive committee is to discuss plans for large-scale redundancies among staff, with at least 90 jobs at risk, The Guardian newspaper reported earlier.

"This is not an easy decision and we recognise it will be a very difficult time for staff," the source, who was a party insider, told Reuters, asking not to be identified.

won't happen. The GQP is already securing their antidemocratic power hold with disenfranchising bills & the dems are doing nothing about it.

Keystone pipeline union slugs who cheered Usurper-in-Chief, Joe Biden when they put him in power, despite, his promise to get rid of fossil fuels and end drilling, lost their jobs with their votes, will probably, vote against Democrats en masse in the coming midterm elections. Want to bet, they are all pissed? Of course, they brought it upon their heads with their votes.

  8. I hear ya.

    Reality is setting in.

Now, we know what the kneejerk response from Cuddles4Corpses and others will be to the linked article I posted below.

There will be ten polls posted showing how Biden is ahead of where Trump was at this time blah, blah, blah. Sorry but unfortunately for them it is not all about Trump. Whatever, Biden's numbers are, they will not even come close to what the favorability (popularity?) of the Baby Jesus Obama was. And Obama got absolutely frigging clobbered at midterms. Maybe Joe has something that Obama did not. A secret weapon like Kamala Harris or something. Little joke there.

Americans' optimism about country's direction over next year drops nearly 20 points since May: POLL
In May, a little more than a third were pessimistic. Now, it is a majority.

As President Joe Biden completed 100 days in office, the country was optimistic about the coming year, but now, just after hitting the six-month mark, Americans' optimism about the direction of the country has plummeted nearly 20 points, a new ABC News/Ipsos poll finds.

A majority -- 55% -- of the public say they are pessimistic about the direction of the country, a marked change from the roughly one-third (36%) that said the same in an ABC News/Ipsos poll published May 2. In the early May survey, Americans were more optimistic than pessimistic by a 28-percentage point margin. Optimism is now under water by 10 points. Looking ahead to the next 12 months, fewer than half -- 45% -- now report feeling optimistic about the way things are going, a significant drop from about two-thirds (64%) in the May poll.

This is just the start. With inflation kicking in high gear, the biggest whiners and woe is me idiots are going to be the extreme liberals, including our resident ET trolls. That is just the appetizer, you have huge crime spikes in extreme liberal states, income taxes will go up too for most everyone. Someone has to pay for those "huge" freebie earned income credits that Joe Biden and Democrats jacked up sky high to buy votes. And jobs? What jobs? With massive inflation coming in, there would be less jobs as businesses go bankrupt. Businesses cannot just raise prices over and over. At some point, customers will pass and demand will plummet and without income, businesses go under.
