I'm going to try and be consistent in logging my progress here and to stay on track with my split. I am running a hybrid split of full body workouts on day 2, 5, 8* with power movements (snatch and CJ) on days 1, 4, 7. Three alternating sets to failure (CJ day 1, snatch day 4). I row on off days (C2 rower). Obv it's not a conventional split as it is a FB-workout. 3-4 drop sets to failure. I am not going to get into granular detail on my progress other than the occasional color on 1RM and Oly progress. I have a Sorinex rack as well as a Hoist MiSmith. 620 pounds of bumpers. Two Oly bars; a Uesaka Oly trainer and a AmBell SS Oly needle comp-bar. The Hoist Smith machine is cool but I don't really see the point as safeties are on both racks anyway. I mostly use the Smith for supersets against the Sorinex. An issue is that the bar is 31mm which makes is specialized for thick bar work. My recent maxes are on plate loaded. Hammer Iso-bench. 4 plates per side for 9. Could not finish the 10th. You can't load more than 4x45s/side. I don't have maxes for the Oly stuff but I got into Oly in the 100Kg class in the early 90s/Curt White era.
The only supplemental protein I take is the Beverly Provosyn. Two scoops in whole milk + 2 raw eggs in the Vitamix.
While I'm not into tracking gains, I have been doing this program, with my own variations, since COVID hit: IRONBORN. I added in slots for my stationary bike and my pull up bar. I've made a bunch of their recipes, too: Recipes.
