Withholding tax - W-8 Ben

What is the tax rate (for dividends received) if I am a resident of Hong Kong, which is not listed in the publicaiton 515.

 

I believe its 30% if the country does not have a tax deal with the US(Thats what I pay)

 

it will be 30 percent as said before

 

i assume that there will NOT (0%) be any tax on capital gains?
