Perverts are driving around with laptops and downloading kiddy porn from unsecure wireless connections. Eventually YOU COULD BE CHARGED WITH KIDDY PORN even though you have no knowledge of downloading it !!
Resonable doubt? The U.S. has the highest incarceration rate in the world- worse than N. Korea, Iran, Syria, Zimbabwe...anywhere. They lock people up to rot behind bars for years, just for getting high. Think they'd think twice about railroading a suspected pervert? Probably best to be careful about this.

I posted this as they caught I guy in Toronto driving at 5 am. Nude from waist down downloading porn with 10 year old girl. Police say it becoming very common. Bung if your IP says kiddie porn was downloaded from your address do you think the cops would believe you if you denied it ?
If they confiscate my pc (which they will do) and if they don't find any kiddie porn on it (which they will not), they're going to have a hard time in court regardless of what the IP tells them.
