windows 2000 help

    i have a computer that logs on and does not require a password. i now want to start requiring a password. anyone know how to do that. ive tried cntrl alt del
    and then clicked on change password.
    doesn't work. anyone give me a hand on this.

    Go the the Control Panel. Then Users and Passwords. Start there.
