Why has there been this constant narrative the Buttigieg Won Iowa

I have not seen a single snapshot that said Buttigieg won, but all I have heard since the democrats trying to fix this debacle was that Buttplug won.

    With 99% reporting

    Bernie Sanders 45,826
    Pete Buttplug 43,195

Dems and the DNC are corrupt to the core...
They fix election to suit their narratives...
    It's just what they do...

    They don't want Bernie...
Hence - an 'APP' screwed things up...

With doubt as to the results, and both Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg close to a tie, that is why Pete Buttigieg claims he won. It is also, to put doubt on the result. Bernie Sanders probably, won by a mile but, with their Common Core math method of counting the votes, Bernie Sanders never had a chance. They are finding discrepancies in the voting results despite, day 5 now of their bogus count? It is also, hard to count the votes when they are trying their hardest to manipulate the results. One of the top officials of the application firm also, was a top official of the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2016. Coincidence or deliberate?

  4. A lot of them are getting savvy too and know that the dems are not good with math and have no way of proving anything so they just treat the results as a giant Rorschact/sp test. Biden came in fourth but he starts saying he came in third, who can dispute it?

Now, just waiting for Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren to claim she was the winner in Iowa. Iowa Democrat election officials not know how to read smoke signals of the results. Me, Pocahontas will explain what smoke signal means. I, Pocahontas Warren has won Iowa say smoke signals.

    (((If the votes are accurate)))

Technically, Buttigieg did win under the rules, the same way Trump won under the rules of the electoral college but lost the popular vote.

So I tried to understand what the hell Iowa was doing and still don’t truly get it but it comes down to state delegates and congressional districts. There’s coins flips involved, thresholds, two rounds of voting and three metrics of measurement. I truly can’t explain what they were doing in Iowa.

What I know is that the popular vote isn’t what wins, it’s delegates.
