Why did WDTE Reverse split?

  1. I thought typically a reverse split is to either stop from getting de-listed, or to screw retail who loaded up at the bottom. Why reverse split at $140+?

  2. How much are you losing?

  3. Had you bought 100 shares @ 180 you'd be down 12k right now including dividends. I would never buy shares that expensive...for what a $40 monthly dividend? Why did they split?
