I have lowtrades brokerage account and they gave me one day free trial of LEVEL II. I tried to access it at work but whenever I click on it an empty window pops up with nothing in it. CSR told me I supposed to see a bar where I can put the ticker in but can not see it.

    What configurations should I do?

    Please help.

Because there software doesn't use standard port 80 and 443 to access their servers. Your office has firewall rules that blocks the ports you need for the java client to connect to their servers.

The first thing the CSR should have told you was the firewall settings.

LowTrades trading software needs ports 55555 and 11001 open outbound. Almost all major companies will block those.

What about the zecco.com? They use java too. Do you think I will have the same issue with them?

Not nice. Don't you know this guy is a HUGE trader? You wouldn't talk that way if you knew what a HUGE trader he is.
