All we hear from this George Snuffalaffagous and his media buddies claiming how much money they have, yet they are have a full scale ad campaign going and they are begging for money.

So let me get this straight, here are homes that Obama either owns or vacations in. He goes to the DNC bitching and moaning about income inequality and everybody paying their fair share, then he begs the public for more money.

"All you need to give is $5!"

  2. I think you should put on your golden Trump sneakers and go buy some Trump NFTs. It will help you calm down.

I don’t get why republicans keep talking about inflation. How poor are they that they worry about the price of eggs?

It's not precisely about the price of eggs, its about erosion of trust in the currency... which tends to happen w/ fiat.

In addition, it's about fairness... the people who benefit the most from money printing are the ones who receive the new money first. Most people do not have access to the Fed window nor can they realize the type of yields on their capital that wealthy people can.

IOW, by the time newly printed money gets to the average person the buying power has already eroded. Ergo, financial repression. Morals play a big role in the political economy; else we'd just rob the old and less physically strong as they walked down the street.

In a nutshell, these are some arguments for hard currency or even a monetarist approach of increasing the supply of money strictly commensurate w/ the over all growth of the economy. If you want further details I'd refer you to "Say's law" i.e. "the law of markets".

Inflation really started in 2021. So you saying all that trump deficit spending (money printing) caused it?
