There seems to be a slew of them here at ET. But why? Are they bored with Canadian Politics? What is their motivation? Do they not like Canadian Politics? There must be some reason they are here at ET to gripe and moan about American Politics. I just don't get it. I can't imagine even spending one minute talking about or griping about Canadian Politics, it would be such a waste of time.

From what I recall, Cuddles and Fredrick Foresight are Canadian, Ricter is an American living in Canada (again, as memory serves), and there are quite a few Brits and even an Aussie - all very interested in US politics.

I have spent a ton of time in Canada. It has been this way since GW Bush. Some have an American inferiority complex that gets relief by being obsessed with the shit show of American politics while their own government completely rots. Justin Trudeau will still be the prime minister in 2040 and these Canadians will still be obsessed with how bad American politics are.
Cuddles is not Canadian but that is the little fantasy he works in his mind and is happy to let people think he is. Nope. Not Canadian. Ask him directly and don't let him crabwalk sideways with his answer.
