So much for bitcoin being anonymous. Not only do they know your wallet address, they know your physical living address, name, the kind of car you drive, your daily routine to know where to corner you to kidnap you... So either bitcoin is the ultimate tracking device, or this story has nothing to do with bitcoin. I think it is the latter.

Well they require you to register on an exchange with all of your information including your photo ID if you want to trade bitcoin; that was the only way that they allow you to trade bitcoins on an exchange so what do you expect? This is why I say that crypto is just another tradable commodity. They didn't achieve their objective of anonymity. In order for it to be accepted, bitcoin had to forgo its anonymity. So crypto is doomed. I have said it before and I will say it again. The government will never allow something that it cannot control to exist, especially if it's a medium of exchange. And now thanks to crypto, it's given the government the idea to come out with a new medium of exchange that's going to allow it to control us even further.
