Who is going to want to work out in a gym (Over 60) until Vaccine?

  1. PTON, NLS and other stocks cranking up because of fear, older people in California are not too thrilled if someone invades their space. What other ideas for exercise besides these two obvious ones?

    I heard there's a 1 month weight for weights on amzn . I've been going to planet fitness 7 days a week for 4 yrs . I was about to sell my weights . . I'm glad i didn't

  5. I have friends who're charging anywhere from 50/week to 20/day for others to use their home eqpt. to be fair its a decent setup... sq rack, bench, free weights, etc

I live in California...Have 20 acres that I lease out for alfalfa. It was a old dairy type of place, has a farm house on it. I get in there and hand mow the corrals that my Kubota tractor can't get to. I also mow at my other rental, my house, and my daughter's house. I've lost a few pounds from the exercise and wanting to keep my blood pressure down (no salty-oily chips at night). There is physical work out there...Most just don't want to do it (washing windows, detailing cars, clean out garages). In the next couple of days I will thin my peach trees and nectarine tree...To get larger fruit. Later, I'll be pruning bushes. If the work ends I can always hop on my Trek bike...Ride to the store!!

  10. Do you have to spray a bordeaux mixture to avoid leaf curl? I use to have several hundred stone fruit and avocado trees. It was great work, unfortunately family was involved in my equation.
