You want real reform, let's start here: If you dial 911 to report a Black person being Black, you will be arrested and have to pay a fine. Throwing you down on the ground and putting a knee on your back is optional but highly encouraged. If the incident is videotaped, the white person's face shall be made viral for all to see and let the employers and friends take appropriate actions. This is racist harrassment and never stops because the cops do nothing about it and neither do the lawmakers. So it is time for the public to step in and regulate. sorry it was taken down due to the violent nature perhaps. It was a guy with a knife who was charging at two police officers. They were pretty calm and cool telling the man repeatedly to put down the knife and were backing up giving him room to not feel threatened. They were outdoors so no one else was around that was threatened. He kept walking to the officers so they kept repeating their commands to stop and that they can help him get out of this if he put the knife down. They kept backing up wider to give him space to not feel threatened and defuse the situation. When he finally made a run right at the officer he fired several shots at him to put him down. Somehow he got up again after a few seconds and went after the other cop and he was shot again and again. It was a textbook clean shoot and I commended the cops for assessing the situation and giving the guy every opportunity to drop the knife and come out of this alive. He was not Black but still was a good video to use for training.
