I narrowed it down to a few emini CME brokers that offer 300 - 500.00 margins. I spoke to these below brokers over the telephone about their fee's. Starting with a 15K account and trading between 1 and 10 contracts a day. Maybe more or maybe less. All below are daytrading margins only and no overnights. Which ones do you recommend? Global futures $300.00 margins with $9.98 commissions Round turn per contract and I pay 50.00 per month for Strategy Runner platform. Global futures $500.00 margins with $5.00 commissions Round turn per contract and I pay 50.00 per month Strategy Runner platform. OpenEcry $500.00 margins with $4.50 Round turn commission per contract and free platform with free charting. This is a new trading, charting platform that they just started offering for two weeks now. Infinity brokers $500.00 margins with $7.00 commissions Round turn per contract with free strategy runner. If I use their free platform then the commission is lower but I will have to buy my own charting which can run anywhere from $20.00 to $100.00 per month. Depending on the company I go with. Any other ones I can research?
vcapfutures.com has under $4.00 R/T small retail with NinjaTrader and TT feed (very fast order execution and fills). Paul Wilson is my broker there and the customer service has been top notch imo! This is with $500 margins for most of the futures products that you would trade on the CME.
