Where's that A&M Document?

I am new to the site, and I read that RN posted a very helpful document somewhere called "Approaches and Methodology", but I can't find it anywhere. I did a search on that title and couldn't get any hits. I looked at RN's posts, but there are hundreds of them.

Can someone post a link to the document so I could take a look?
