    Hey Guys,

Im new to this forum, and would really appreciate any comments regarding my present situation. I recently graduated from uni and have been trading my own account for over 3 years.

I am now looking to get into trading, but i know that a top tier bank like Goldman - Morgan is just nearly impossible with no previous strong work experience. So I was thinking Goldenberg Hehmeyer & Co.

Does anyone work there or knows someone who works there??

If yes, any idea how reliable there training program is?

What is there style of trading? (are they scalpers..)

    Do they pay a salary?

Any comments or help would be appreciated

    Thanks

  2. Is trading what you enjoy doing, and are you consistently profitable in trading your own account? If so, why not consider skipping the traditional job market and just trade for a living?

IMO as you get older, each additional financial and familial commitment exponentially increases the chances that you won't be willing and/or able to make the transition from joe-job to full-time trading. You'll never has as much freedom to explore and make mistakes as you do now.

Just food for thought. Congrats on your graduation, and best of luck with your search.

    Regards,

    Thanks for the comments,

I agree with you, however I feel that trading for GHCO or another is trading for living, I would enjoy additional trading and market knowledge, simply more experience.
My question still stands on GHCO, anyone?

    Thanks

  5. Never heard of em - though if you are trying to decide if they are a large or small firm, I see them listing the same contact person all over the site - seems like a small operation to me.

Not that it's necessarily a bad thing unless they are representing otherwise.

The only negative to be careful of is their "Non Compete" clause.
I do not and have never worked for them.
