It seems like most data vendors are simply transmitting the cash index feed of the exchange. For example, in TradeStation there is $SPX.X from CBOE and $INX from US. However, both symbols are only updated every 15 seconds. I'd like to get more frequent updates like every 100 ms or so. Does anyone know a data vendor that calculates own index data and sends more updates?
