I would like to know on where to find PE for different countries' indexes.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Referring to the articles, it is an article for 08/31/2015.
I need a source to check different countries' PE, which is updated periodically (I don't mind monthly updated or daily updated would be the best) and can be accessed without subscription. Each index for different countries should have a PE, but it is very hard to find those related PE information.
Do you have any suggestions?
