Where does the money go?

  1. The Constitution was written by people used to the British monarchy. IE. it was written with the assumption there was a monarch.

Today, lawyers in aggregate and military have assumed the monarch position.

  3. Keep in mind that money does not go anywhere and never disappears, it is simply transferred from one pocket to another pocket.

And, most of the time, it is transferred from the poor to the rich.

So when you hear on freaking TV that some company, government or country "lost" billions, someone else simply took it (or profited from it), in one way or another, as money cannot simply disappear by itself, unless you burn it.

In the begining you had the alpha monkey imposing his will with a big stick.
It is more civilized to get others to do your bidding in exchange for carrots,
and use a big stick to corner the carrot market.
