When/where to exit a winning trade?

What would be your favourite technique for deciding when/where to exit a winning trade?

 

When your floating profit gets too huge for you emotionally, that you do not want to risk further, then exit the trade.

 

… before it reverses.

 

Where the restistance zone is, and also the momentum of the trend.
