When logging in through TWS or Apps Market data and trading disabled

    What the heck is this message? I'm waiting for chat at the moment, but thought I'd see if anyone here sees this message. TWS seems to be open and running, but not sure as I read this message.

    Was able to talk to someone via the phone. They don't know why the message started showing up, but my account seems to be running and permissioned. If I log into the account via a browser after first closing TWS I don't have the message, but if I open the account home page through TWS the message again appears.
    No answer, but at least I seem to be up and running and so far at least they don't see my account as being compromised.
     
  3. Are you still logged on via your internet browser when you start TWS? If so, the warning is most likely caused by that web-login. IB allows only one log in at a time.

    That is what the warning is about. Curiously I have always gone to my account via the TWS platform to download the previous days statements, but that message never appeared before yesterday. Had me worried that I had been hacked, but all is well.
