When a Baby is Born, Who is Responsible?

Discussion in 'Politics' started by Hoofhearted, Aug 29, 2013.

  1. Simple question.

Who is responsible for the child's welfare?

    Anyone dare to answer?

  2. The adopting parents.

  3. You should change your name to Agent provocateur.:p
It's simple. It the leftist fantasy world, everyone is responsible. That way parents/people can be completely irresponsible without being held accountable. Works from birth all the way through their government job. That's why Hillary likes the village concept. It wasn't her fault Benghazi blew up. It was everyones fault, but hers least of all. She was in charge, but not accountable. It's the leftist way.
In the real world, it's on mom and dad. No one else. Your child will interact with many people throughout their lives, but at the end of the day, your fucked up kid is on you.

  4. what about orphans/abandoned kids . . .

  5. Thank you Capn, and again, you are correct.

When people choose to bring a baby into the world, they are the ones responsible for the baby's welfare.

The parents should provide, nourishment, clothing, education etc.

    Now, please answer me this:

Who chose to bring the African American into the world?

Are they not responsible for their baby's welfare too?

  6. Some will say that it's up to the rest of us to bear the responsibility.

Others will say that it's not their problem.
They will either turn them out on the street, lock them up, or perhaps perform an execution.

    What say you?

What percentage of orphans are black or hispanic? What percentage are Asian? What percentage are white?

Sounds to me that, if you looked at those numbers, you might find that the problem that needed to be solved had nothing to do with figuring out who was responsible for the abandoned child, but stopping the child from being abandoned from the start.

  8. You're the numbers guy, Tsing. You might answer that one for us.

I don't know what those percentages are, but it can be said that millions were orphaned following the Emancipation Proclamation.

Since then, the parents have been quarelling about what to do about their estranged child.

Mom says "Give the baby something to eat, and a blanket or the child will freeze."

Dad says, "Oh no that's not my child. He doesn't look a thing like me you trolloping whore!"

    What say you?

I say it is a problem routed in the culture. Mostly in the culture of African Americans, but I'm sure it exists in other races as well, though to a much lesser degree. Bill Cosby used to rail against the lack of family values in the black community. We see it all the time with one male having children with a number of females, and not giving a damn about them.
