What is this all about? All I hear day in and day out is how this Tony Romo is supposed to be the greatest. The guy has had a pretty mediocre NFL career but listening to this sports 'experts' you would think he won a bunch of Superbowls. What is going on with this?
it's over, he's toast. RG3, Manzel, i called it from start, loosers, toast (add to this the Seahawk Qback, caan't think of his name) word to NFL recruiters: Don't hire any Q backs under 6'3" 240 you want someone that can stand in the pocket, shrug off pass rushers and throw 60 yrds that's future of NFL, not a little shit running around like his ass is on fire and his head is catching can't see over his O'line
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brock_Osweiler there's prime NFL Qback specifications. 6'4" - 6'8" 240 - 260 shrug blitzing linebackers off with flick of the elbow
Good post. That is pretty much the way I see it. The only guy who is successful that does not fit that mold is a guy who goes by the name Drew Brees.
If this guy is so good then why does Russell Wilson have a higher passer rating? And how about Cam Newton? Doesn't he run? There are plenty more, look it up.The NFL has been moving towards QB's that can run/move for quite awhile now. I don't think anyone wants a slow QB who can only throw inside the pocket anymore. They are a dying breed. Btw, there is a reason Romo went undrafted. Because he sucks. Always has. LOL

A BIG QBack that stay in and pass from the pocket is an NFL teams wet dream. 5'10" qbacks running around in backfield draw a lot of holding penalties while there lineman try to figure out where the hell they are (now). And when your running around like a scared rabbit you can't see your recievers. And you can't take the hits from 6'3" 240lb linebackers. wilson, RG3, Brees, manzel won't last.
