Does this mean anything at all? Looks like it means lots of buyers are coming in? OR lots of volume? But what does THAT tell us?
And I hear that price action and volume are the only things that reallllly matter. But I mean....does this mean that in the morning...when market opens...we might see some volume pushing the price up?
Assuming the shaded area on your chart is the market being closed, did it work in that case? "Might" is 50/50. Sure. Maybe.
You could look back through historical and see for yourself. That's end of day volume (your chart is cropped).
those indicate volume. i also noticed it looks like the same from the prior day. is it possible your charts are showing MOC orders as large volume bars or is volume actually that heavy prior to the close, you can try watching it to see How do you know if those are buyers? From my understanding it only shows if the trade was made on the bid or the ask. How do you know those were buyers and not sellers? For a trade to take place there has to be a buyer & seller. But what makes you sure its someone getting in vs someone getting out? Volume can be very important, but next time some one tells you "volume and price action are the only thing that matters" ask them to explain. Its too vague for me to even understand let alone try and answer. Sounds like you may be new, if so welcome to trading & the forum :O)
Well, the company symbol is easy to see. Casper Sleep, CSPR. It's right there in big huge BOLD letters, hehe. And based on the pricing, it looks like the past two days?
