What volatilty index futures and options existed besides VIX?

there are other indices, but they apparently dont have options or futures trading.

for instance, http://www.marketswiki.com/wiki/CBOE_Russell_2000_Volatility_Index_Futures looks like it disappeared

 

There was a variance contract, but it saw little/no volume. VIX equity vol, VX futures (no vol). ETFs and Minis, right?
