What is this indicator called?

Guys, what is this indicator called? Kinda like staircase and it looks like evolution of RSI??? Someone enlighten me please?

Multi timeframe RSI also called Staircase RSI as stated above.

 

I know how RSI is calculated. But how is this staircase RSI calculated?

 

Alright thanks guys. But I've tried searched for this indicators in tradingview but cant find any. What I found is those with top and bottom peaks instead of staircase-like. May I know where can I find it or any codes ready? thanks
