I'm a trader based in Amsterdam and mostly trade FDAX and de US indices and metals futures. When i look at the CAC40, the trade volume is very good. I would like to trade it but i can't find any good , proffesional brokers /fcm's where i can trade it. It's mostly the EToro, XTB, Trading12, bs retail brokers who dominate that field on the retail side. Anyone know if there is a "normal" broker out there with decent commissions that let's me trade CAC40 index futures?
We, Cannon Trading, offer access to CAC40 via a couple of platforms and overt the CQG routing. Feel free to PM me for more details.
Thanks IIan! I have been talking to Roger Muri, and he offered me an interesting deal on the CME. I'll add CAC40 to our discussion.
CAC40 Index Futures trading volume from (Euronext EEI exchange ?) is rather high. I believe it is available from IB (exchange MONEP). But I see that the volume is very low. Someone, please explain what is happening.
FCEG1 Or type 'CAC40' into TWS and then select the 10 multiplier contract, there also seems to be a micro one.
got it. thanks. if I type CAC40, it will display the mini contract which has virtually zero volume. We have to type FCEG1. this main contract has significant volume.
When I type CAC40 into TWS, for me it pops up a tiny drop down 'multiplier' choice menu, which allows me to select either the micro or the main contract. Does the same for the DAX
