Before trying to put everyone together to create the Great White Tibet of the North, try working on a plan to assimilate Scandinavia's own "diverse newcomers" population first. That's probably where the more immediate need is. And a tougher nut to crack. That was wild in the beginning when he started talking about including Iceland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands too but he never "fleshed that out."
