About once every two or three years, a sponsor will come along that I probably should have vetted out better, and this was one of those cases, so I will take 100% ownership for this mishap. Even though I told him that the Trader X nonsense was not going to fly and he needed to use his real name in his signature (which he agreed to do and did), the trick he pulled was that he changed his original website that had many negative reviews to a different domain, which threw me off. Although he came to me with the domain daytradingthechart.com, in reality all of the links he was posting today were from oiltradingacademy.com, which I remember got very negative reviews several years ago. So that was my error in judgment. So after I realized what was going on this morning, I instantly knew he was never going to be a good fit here because every question that was asked to him about verifying results via third parties, he kept saying that "so such place exists" or "it's not possible". That's why I banned him and refunded his first month's sponsorship fee. He even emailed me a message afterwards reaffirming his stance that all these verification services don't exist, and here's how that went: David: "Show me one place on planet Earth that does as you say? Trader X said he'd been trading 20 years and made a claim that anybody in one day can become profitable following his code signals. Well its kind of law in the trading world that it takes more than just following signals to become profitable, there is also the psychological aspect and the ability to handle risk. The game was up the instant he said no-body on ET knew how to trade, ie, everyone on ET was clueless. That instance told me he was a fraud. What's mind boggling, someone can so blatantly publicly break the consumer law. He thinks, but I doubt, that he's safe from doing jail time or a hefty fine. What a way to live your life looking over your shoulder constantly from being nabbed. Just my opinion.
Yeah, he made a lot of blanket statements. My internal radar always alerts me when someone like him makes sweeping comments like "Nobody on your site trades." and "Everybody on your site is an idiot", etc. But then he started posting all the anti-Semitic crap and that's when I knew for sure that he had major issues.
