I think the numbers from September might include their Forex customers assets. The new data seem to be Futures business only now. Maybe they separated the two parts somehow, or had to correct the way it is displayed with the CFTC.

GAIN CAPITAL has been down since this week's Opening. Probably the Gain Capital Asian staff are still sleeping, or they are unable to fix the problem, or no one contacted Gain Capital Helpdesk, or the Asian staff waiting for the European staff to fix the problem. Luckily I have a backup trading platform. So I don't have to call the help desk. I always avoid contacting the help desk unless it is a life-and-death situation.
That is strange .... Even the Stone X / Gain Capital European staff didn't get it up. Is StoneX / Gain Capital closing down?
