What did officer Number 2 in Atlanta do that was a crime?

  1. Not a loaded question. Just have not seen any reporting on it.

What do they have his arse in the sling for? Is scuffling with someone for resisting arrest a crime. I thought that is what we hired him for. What else they got on him? Did he fire shots or what? Or is just being there while Number 1 officer shot the suspect make him an accomplice?

    How they spinning this?

  2. I see.

Well, when and if y'all figure it out let me know.

So far it just looks like something the mob wants so that is what must be done.

He kicked him after he was shot, laying on the ground.

  4. Some version of that but apparently not exactly.

I checked more. Apparently the first officer who also shot the victim was the one who was also charged as well with kicking him, but the 2nd one is charged with assault arising from allegedly standing on his shoulder - to which he replies and defends himself by saying that he stood on his shoulder until determining that he was not armed.

Let the jury decide. Prosecutors need to watch their arses with the overcharging with both officers. If they are all set, then I am all set. It's the jury you have to convince- not me.
