What broker has the highest leverage for single stock day trading??

Preferably a non us broker. i heard about suretrade but am iffy about this one.

 

I really dont understand why i cant find a suitable broker. a broker that has a decent platform, that gives high leverage and somewhat low commissions and no hidden fees.

because im trying to avoid the PDT rule.
How much leverage do they give? I heard 4 to 1. but is this on all stocks no restrictions?

 

besides im a day trader and i think they enforce a 25k usd rule for us citizens who live outside the US

for daytraders located outside the US, is the min deposit requireed 10k or 25k?? And is th 4 to 1 for stocks or cfds?
