Me: Back to twice weekly resistance workouts from 3x/2wks. Maybe take more walks; I'll play that one by ear. Dietary regimen is already on point. I would like to improve on my sleep somehow, without supplementation, while still allowing for my single morning cup of coffee. Maybe take meditation a bit more seriously, and not forget to do the 4-7-8 breathing technique a few times a day. Will it help? Fingers crossed.
