Had a good nights sleep, forgot about yesterday's mistake, and focused. Did extremely well today. Some was luck as my positions shot up after some fed related comments I suppose. There is always an element of luck but I methodically chose my entries. Im probably done for the day. Over trading is another big mistake newer traders make. The reason I made this post was to let newer traders know, after a loss the best thing to do is realize what you did or didn't do, get a good nights rest and move on without a revenge trader mind sight. Yes, I have been guilty of that in my younger days.
For most traders, or aspirational traders, this trading activity game is all luck. If it weren't luck, their trading account performance would continually, relatively steadily, be rising to the moon. But instead looks like a car crash zig zagging.
