" 17 JUL, 06:38 World is on its way to multipolarity, Western dominance about to end — former UK PM Tony Blair believes that China, not Russia, will provoke the biggest geopolitical changes Tony Blair © Aaron Chown/Pool via AP LONDON, July 17. /TASS/. The world is about to face global geopolitical changes and transition to multipolarity, while the era of Western dominance is about to end, said Tony Blair, who served as the prime minister of the United Kingdom in 1997-2007. "The biggest geopolitical change of this century will come from China not Russia. We are coming to the end of Western political and economic dominance. The world is going to be at least bi-polar and possibly multi-polar," he said in his speech at the Ditchley Annual Lecture. "It is the first time in modern history that the East can be on equal terms with the West." According to Blair, China "is already the world’s second superpower," while its economic potential and role in the global economy exceed that of Russia. Moreover, "China has now caught up America in many fields of technology and could surpass it in others," he added. In his opinion, the Chinese leadership's policies are becoming more and more aggressive. Beijing makes no secret of its ‘disdain’ for the West and moves towards stronger ties with Russia, the former premier said. "Don't misunderstand me. I am not saying in the near term that China would attempt to take Taiwan by force," Blair continued. "But we can't base our policy on the certainty that it wouldn't." He believes that Russia and possibly Iran were likely to become China’s allies in the near future. The former UK premier said the Western policy towards China should be based on what he described as "strength plus engagement.". "
This article is brought to you by TASS - the Russian news agency. Straight propaganda from the Kremlin. Next time show the url in text so everyone knows how deceptive the source is. https://tass.com/world/1481007
TASS is as a better news source than most Western news sources. The same news you can find from many news sources, just google if you think the above one is just propaganda lies.
The question is will they be able to maintain their current culture/political environment as they attain wealth. Once the people are no longer working so hard and have more time to think will they accept the current status quo of dictatorship? Currently, the wealthy Asian countries such as Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan are all democracies.
Regardless of what the Kremlin wants us to think, the world is on its way to multi polarity. It is what 90 percent of a elites seem to desire. We have transferred a great deal of our intellectual property overseas. We transferred our manufacturing base overseas. Our leading corporations are multinational. We have crushed our middle class and lower upper classes with taxes and inflation. We import people by the million and give them a safety net, so we no longer only receive the best of the other countries or those willing to take risk and work hard. We have designed our schools to encourage mediocrity or worse. If we do not have another leader like Ronald Reagan soon, we will be in trouble.
The most recent Kremlin propaganda placement over the past week involves pushing the talking point that the west (US & Europe) are dead while Russia & China are the rising powers. All with the "Western dominance is dead" and "end of the West" blather. They even have the Kremlin's Chechen buddies have reverted to these talking points in the recent days. "The commander of Ramzan Kadyrov's Chechen army claimed Europe and America will both "fall" against Russia's efforts to secure Ukraine." Nothing more than the latest crap being pushed by Putin's puppets. They will revert to some new talking point next week when their current one is mocked into obliviation.
BRICs developing closer ties and Thailand, Argentina, Saudi Arabia and other countries want to join BRICs. No country looks kindly to you meddling in their internal affairs yet, globalists in the US and Europe have been interfering in the affairs of other countries. If there is a new world order, it would be not that envisioned by US and European globalists. In this new world order, they would be on the losing end and at the bottom of the food chain. Hard reality to accept because they have been on top for a long while. That is about to change real soon.
