Brown Christmas here in Wisconsin. Pretty odd. The people with snowmobiles aren't happy about it, but I am perfectly fine with it. Thank you El Nino.

  4. Florida is too warm/muggy/humid year-round....i could never live there.

    I like rain...snow...clouds.
I currently live in San Diego, but would like to move to Seattle instead.

San Diego is the bomb. I love it there. Living in La Jolla is my dream one day.

Why in the world would you want to move from San Diego to a place that's rainy and cold?

  7. La Jolla is a nice place. there's a street there called Wall St. (across this photo)
Coronado is a nice cozy little exclusive place too.
La Jolla is rather expensive....you have to be well off to be able to move here.

I've been contemplating moving to Seattle WA for a couple years now...I always get that same reaction from realtors when they learn I want to move there from San Diego.

I guess you can say I'm the oddball black sheep. I like Seattle weather...I'm rather miserable in sun. Seattle/Washington has fresher air...evergreen trees...nice parks....dreamy sleepy coast lines...i like mountains and nature...has all of that.
I come from a military family...my dad was temporarily stationed there when I was a kid...I loved everything about Seattle/Washington.

(San Diego to me is bland.)

I like Coronado but it was a little too close to the military base for me. I grew up in the Norfolk, VA area so I don't want to live on top of yet another military operation.

I'm just looking for year round good weather at this stage. I'm so over the heat and humidity in Florida.
