What a good day today was. I'd guess I was up over $28k today alone. And not even in all my accounts. None of my 401(k)s, IRAs, or other investment accounts I set up long ago and don't pay attention to. Just the three I really pay any attention to. Of course, I've had WAY better days. Up over $70 grand on some days, more for sure on others, I just don't pay that much attention when I'm not really focused on the market lol. But still, being up over $28k on a Friday makes for a nice, happy weekend!!! Anyone else have a red panty day in the market today? This Bud's... for US!!!!!!
So you gloat about your longs...But what about that thorn in your side, the GME short? When you going to stop fighting it and just give that position up? I do not understand how you can enjoy a powerful up day on your longs, while holding onto a short which is absolutely killing your portfolio's potential? Give up that GME short. Just a little pinprick. You may feel a little sick, but AHHHH! Free your mind and your soul from that horrible trade! It's never going back down to 55 bux!
You get a lot of flack and people enjoy to see you lose. It's entertainment from afar but also uncomfortable reading the negative posts towards someone else. To be honest it seems you are peacocking with this thread to show them up. Word of warning, the good and the bad comes with sharing your PNL.
No, I disagree. Nobody on this site "enjoys" seeing anyone lose. But what people do not like is this whole flaunting of a great day of gains, while in another thread WHINING about a bad trade that everyone told him to get out of, multiple times. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde stuff.
Your story doesn't seem plausible for a number of reasons I won't get into. However, even if it was real the whole 'I'm a rich guy sloshing money around in markets look at me' has no real use to investors or traders. It just sounds like random gambling ( like the GME thread ). I remember many years ago playing BlackJack in Vegas and the worst players were from Asia betting with $100 chips ( splitting tens, holding on hard 16 against a ten, etc etc ). The money was the show but they didn't have a clue how to play the game. Don't be that guy.
