We always hear about Reagan, Johnson on the left, Kennedy of course, but what about Eisenhower? He built the interstates, headed up Europe in WW2 of course, he wasn't keen on dropping the A-bombs on Japan, called out the military industrial complex. Sounds like he might have been a pretty decent president. Building the interstates seems pretty monumental. Was he any good? What he screw up? Why'd Kennedy beat Nixon? Charisma?
