This old timer was lightning fast and deadly accurate. Well done sir! http://nypost.com/video/armed-robbers-go-after-gun-store-get-shot-by-owners/?ref=yfp
When put under extreme pressure people don't rise to the level of their expectations, instead they fall to the level of their training. The owner was well trained and committed to his defense. The perp was, well.... not.
Let's hope the dead would-be robber isn't black. Wouldn't want the store owner to be rayciss, you know.
If the left had it's way, the store owner would have been disarmed. Because, ya know, guns kill people and everything.
All shop keepers should practice this scenario. Practice makes perfect, I'm just bummed the second robber didn't get capped...
Was slick. He ducked down behind the counter so he could draw his weapon without alerting the perp. Then, "came up firing" before the robber could recognize the development. The robber thought he was in control, but actually never had a chance. Got what he deserved. OORAH! The robbers were STUUUUUPID. Even a half-brain would know the employees in a gun shop are likely carriers. Why would you try to hold up such a place when you know people inside are likely to have guns and know how to use them? For the same reason, you shouldn't ever try to hold up a donut shop. Donut shops usually have cops inside.... COPS HAVE GUNS! DUH! Use your head. Jeezus Christ!
you know how there is debate about stopping power and caliber. I want that caliber. I think he knocked that criminal backwards as the criminal was was reaching for a second gun.
I just read a site called bearing arms. the guy broke the scenario down and thinks the first shot was a central nervous system hit which was fatal and then gravtity took over. he wrote 4 seconds from doing paperwork to dead perp... is all because this guy has trained and rehearsed this scenario over and over. He said its all about getting the lead on the perp and that takes training.
