  2. Just came back from a short retreat in another "poor" country ( from our medias assessments). Though the poor villagers seemed to be "surviving" on daily organic food,
lived in at least 50msqr room/person, and with extremely fresh air. Now I'll have to try
to price 100% organic diet in some EU countries. I leave out the living surface area, and will no add - the price of a bottle of pure air as some Chinese do.

So I will be looking forward to a fact finding trip to Venezuela.
I am glad I just don't trade based on mass media's opinions. :D:D:D

I'm sorry but you triggered me with the "mainstreems media" bullshit. Is it really inconceivable to you that a country could simultaneously spend lavish sums on some things while allowing the rest of the country to devolve into extreme poverty and chaos? Have you ever traveled to a dictatorial third world country and compared the presidential palace to the neighborhood 5 blocks away? The world is sadly replete with examples of this kind of behavior, even arguably down to your own country that spends more on our military than the next 8 countries of the world combined (4 of which are allies) while allowing it's citizens to die from lack of medical care because we supposedly can't afford it.
Do you really doubt the conditions in Venezuela? Are you calling every reporter who's traveled there and reported on conditions a liar, and you've been there how many times recently? Are you not familiar with this strategy that Venezuela has engaged in for some time of donating money to embarrass richer countries, i.e. the Citgo home heating oil donation program in the U.S. (http://abcnews.go.com/ABC_Univision...a-low-income-americans-warm/story?id=18650347)?

I don't like you, Sig for reasons you well know but many of your posts are a worthwhile read.

  6. Looks like my trainings into bringing peace works. :D:D:D
They did say that "your presence will bring peace among warring factions".
I did not fully believe it, but sure it seems to have validities.

  7. May be you ignore that people do lie, and that countries do that as well.

Now one needs to check what is true, what is false and for what purpose.
Also to fully start to understand what lie is all about ( I am not of this person's religion),
here is a very good expanation of what it is all about:

So first off you based your entire view of this subject on the concept that it was inconceivable to you that a country could spend lavishly in one area while it was poor and impoverished in others. Clearly that is not the case, ergo your original logic was faulty. Most people, when faced with an obvious fault in their logic re-examine the basis for their belief. But you apparently double down and throw in a quote the Venezuelan foreign minister and some random religious zealot for good measure. And that damn "mainstreems media", of course they're always the boogy man.

Not sure you could get more militantly ignorant than this, but I'm sure you'll try in subsequent posts.

  9. May I ask you, just so I can make sure I assess things well:
    - Did you believe the media regarding Irak' weapons of mass desructions?
    - What did you think of those who did not buy the mass media opinion - including scienists that committed "suicides" after they voiced their opinion ?
