The figures came out today at minus $46 billion ! Does it matter, I mean it has nearly always been a negative figure. In fact I can't remember the last positive one. Does it matter ? The politicians ignore it when it suits them as if it doesn't but surely the drip drip effect is draining the country of it's assets or is the game plan Greek like to default and say up yours to anyone stupid enough to lend more money ?
