I mean, who's fault do you think that is? It's not the cars' fault she drove into a lake... Another way to look at it is how many times has that bulletproof glass saved a life? Maybe someone survived a drive by shooting in that car, why wasn't that on the news? Another thing, a life is a life. I don't give a damn if it's a billionaire or someone with 5 cents. She is just as important to me as someone living out of a cardboard box...
RIP Now everyone knows the Tesla X window is bulletproof, Elon must be very happy. Because the glass is bulletproof, Tesla X sales will increase exponentially. Are the Chinese EV car windows bulletproof? In olden days, you can simply wind down the window even if the car is underwater. window movement is mechanically operated with gears and those things. In modern days, the window moves using electricity, a motor, and those things. I doubt it will work underwater.
Why the heck does a car need to be waterproof to begin with? It's not like driving into a lake is a normal every day occurance.
